How it works:

Step 1: Trigger meeting detection

Under Workflows, create a trigger for scheduled meetings in your CRM or calendar system. Sona automatically detects when a prospect meeting is booked and initiates the brief generation process for any meeting with external prospects.

Step 2: Aggregate prospect intelligence

Sona pulls comprehensive data about the prospect and their account from connected sources:

  • Recent website visits and page engagement patterns
  • Content downloads and resource interactions
  • Email engagement history and behavioral scoring
  • Intent signals and buying stage indicators
  • Company news, funding events, and recent developments

Step 3: Generate structured meeting brief

Using AI, Sona synthesizes all data into a formatted brief that includes prospect pain points based on behavior, key talking points tailored to their engagement history, relevant case studies and value propositions, and strategic questions aligned with their buying stage.

Step 4: Distribute to the channels used by your sales team (Notion, Slack, Hubspot, Email, and more)

The completed brief can be automatically stored in your designated Notion workspace with proper organization and tags, and sent to the assigned sales rep via Slack with @mentions for immediate visibility and mobile access for last-minute review.
