How it works:

Step 1: Capture meeting recordings

Under Workflows, configure AI Meeting Summary. Connect your Zoom account to Sona so meeting recordings are automatically pulled into the system immediately after each call ends. The integration captures both audio and any shared screen content, ensuring comprehensive meeting documentation without manual intervention.

Step 2: Transcribe and analyze meeting content

Sona's AI engine processes each recording to generate accurate transcripts with speaker identification and timestamps, extract key themes and discussion topics, identify critical decisions and agreements made, highlight action items and task assignments, and detect follow-up commitments and deadlines.
