What models are you querying?

What can I track?

How does prompting work?
You define a set of prompts that represent how your target buyers search for solutions — e.g. "best CRM for startups". Sona runs those prompts across all tracked engines on a daily cadence and records every aspect of the response: whether you appeared, where, in what context, and with what sentiment.
Do AI responses come from web search?
Some engines blend retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with web search, while others rely primarily on training data. Sona captures the response at the consumer layer regardless of the underlying mechanism, and also surfaces the citations each engine uses so you can see exactly which sources influenced the answer.
Can I export my insights?
Yes. Every report, chart, and data cut in Sona is exportable as CSV or PDF. You can also connect Sona to your BI tooling via our API to push visibility data directly into your existing dashboards.
How many prompts can I track?
Prompt limits depend on your plan. Starter plans include up to 50 tracked prompts per month, Growth plans up to 250, and Enterprise plans are unlimited. You can always add more prompt packs. Reach out to our team if you're not sure how many you need.
