Credits power prompt runs and data enrichment. On standard models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews, Perplexity), 1 credit = 1 AI answer analyzed, so 10,000 credits means 10,000 answers per month. Premium models consume credits at a higher rate. Starter includes 10,000 or 15,000 credits per month, Growth 35,000 or 50,000, and Enterprise is unlimited.

A tracked prompt is a buyer question you monitor, for example, "What is the best attribution software for B2B?" Sona runs it daily across your selected AI engines and regions, and every answer it analyzes counts toward your monthly answer volume.
